WizeBee's commitments on warranty, returns, shipping and protecting customer information.

🛡️ Warranty policy

All technology accessories at WizeBee are genuine and warranted under the manufacturer's policy.

  • The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer (typically 12–36 months), stated clearly on the quote / purchase invoice.
  • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
  • It does not apply to damage from drops, water, fire, unauthorized repair, or torn/faded stamps or serial numbers.
  • For warranty service, please bring the product with its invoice to our store or contact the hotline for guidance.

🔄 Returns & refunds

WizeBee supports exchanges and returns to protect customer rights:

  • Exchange/return within 7 days of receipt for products with manufacturer defects or wrong items shipped.
  • Returned products must be in the original box, with full accessories and labels intact, and unused (except for technical defects).
  • If no replacement is available, customers may choose an equivalent product or receive a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

🚚 Shipping & delivery

  • Nationwide delivery via reputable shipping partners.
  • Within Ho Chi Minh City: usually 1–2 days. Other provinces: 2–5 days depending on the area.
  • Shipping fees are stated clearly at order confirmation; many programs offer free delivery for orders meeting a minimum value.
  • Please inspect the package on receipt; if there are signs of damage, record an unboxing video for the best support.

🔒 Data privacy

WizeBee respects and protects customers' personal information:

  • Information (name, phone, email...) is used only to process orders, provide advice and customer care.
  • We do not sell or trade customer information to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Data is stored securely and only authorized personnel can access it.
  • Customers have the right to request updates or deletion of their information by contacting us.
